In reply to: Kari: "Re: Begun Lupron Today - Question about Lupron??" Lori, I just wanted to let you know that more than likely you will experience an increase in pain with the lupron shot. This will not last but maybe a few days. I had Lupron 3 month shot in July and have not had any real bad side effects from it. The worse thing is that it has increased my joint pain. Lupron does have some bad side effects on some women and I suggest that you read as much as you can on it. I may not have had bad side-effects because before Lupron I was on a different Ovalation Suppression treatment and had not had a period in 9 months, over a year now. I hope that you get much relief from your pain.
