I have adenomyosis, and I'm 24, it is supposed to be an old lady's disease but that just isnt true. I have all the same symptoms as you, although one of the main signs of adeno is heavy bleeding with lots of clots (sorry to be gross). The only way you will find out what is wrong is to get to a gynae and get a laparoscopy, this should show if there is any endo there. Endo and adeno have virtually the same symptoms, but the difference is that endo is (usually) a lot easier to diagnose. There are many things that can cause the same pain though, and the only way to find out is to see a gynae and have some tests done. Good luck Lisa xxxx
