I can't tell you the best treament for you: however, I can tell you what worked for me.

My first surgery consisted of laser and 4 months of Lupron follow-up. Within two months of being off of the Lupron I felt the pain again, and it came back with a vengence! I did some research and found that excision gave great results. I located a specialist in Bend, Or (Dr. R) and he excised every piece of endo in me including microscopic endo. It was on my sigmoid colon, ureters, and all over the pelvis. My ovarian were attached to my pelvic walls. I am 5 month past the surgery and I have had no signs of Endo!!!!! It worked :-)

Best wishes to you, Mindy :-)

>>So you have done actually the best thing you got information about the treatments! And the side effects. the side effects discribed are the ones possible - it doen't mean you get them all.
>>If you feel confident enough , go to your doc ask him which therapy he would want to go for.And then make your mind up - if it does suit you.
>>I'm this time under homeopathy (have been through all other therapy forms). I can't give you results in that yet ,but I wouldn't (this time stage 3) like to depend on that only. Homeopathy has definetly extreme good results in adhesion management and the infection menagement ,but I would leave a stage 3 or 4 endo just up to the homeopaths!
