Dear LORI,

IBS and endo work "nearly nesssesary" hand in hand.Because of the reactions in our tummies.IBS just means not regular bowel-movements. For your symptoms I have a few tips: If the diarrhea is more often than 2 a day, go to your doc and ask him for further inspections!or some helpful medication. You can do a bit in the meantime what might help to organize your bowels a bit. - add lactobacillus acidophyllis to your diet(you get it at the pharmacy or health shop) - add hight fibre to your diet - add some bananas (if you like them) - avoid mushrooms, yeast(and yeast products - e.g. all instant products! - sometimes diary products can cause that, too So cut them down for a while and look if you get relieve. If you have an alternative health center nearby - you might be interrested in a stool test, to sort, if you have any other food intolerances or a yeast infetion in your bowels. - If you don't have that, your doc might be able and willing to get your stool tested in a lap. I hope you get soon improvement. Sybille anonymous@obgyn.net wrote:
