I suffer from IBS, there is alot of info on the net about it, a good web sight to search is webmd. I have severe constipation all month (VERY SEVERE), and alot of discomfort, bloating and pain, then just before my period my stomach really runs. (such a lovely subject LOL) I try to eat well to minimise all of these side effects. You need to identify what foods upset you and eat less of or minimise them in your diet. For instance, I know red meat disagrees with me, but my family still enjoy it, so we only eat it once or twice a week. Soya affects my IBS and my endo, so I very rarely eat it, and then only in small amounts, too many dairy products also flar my endo and IBS, so I limit them, and caffiene too. It really is trial and error. Hope this helps. (((HUGS))) LAUREN
