Hi Kristy, I do not know if the products are available there, but I use
algibad, a seaweed concentrate in my bath water., it gives relief from
genital itching and burning. For thrush and non-specific vulvanitis. I too
have a permanent low grade infection going on 'down there', my doctor has
all but given up, so now I manage it myself.
I also take a lactobacillus acidopholus capsule each day to keep my gut
flora under control, as this can cause thrush and other vulvar infections.
