((Leslie))From: Kari (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon Sep 17 12:26:49 2001
Leslie, I was put on Lupron because of the Endo that was found during my Lap. done on Aug. 20th. Ever since I was 16 (29 now) I had awefull pain with my periods and very heavy clotting!!!(which i still have after my surgery ,which i hope will go away soon!!) All the doctor did was put me on the pill back then, until now. 4 years ago my doctors told me just get pregnant. Well I've had a misscarriage 4 years ago and haven't been able to get pregnant since. Recently I started seeing a new Doctor and he is the most interested Dr. I have ever met!! So he did the Lap. and sure enough found endo under my left ovary and realigned my tilted uterus hoping this would relieve some of my pain. I also have insulin resistance, which could be preventing my fertility, After my 6 months of shots I will go on Diabetes meds, Prometrium for my protection of my uterus, and Clomid for infertility. This Dr.is not afraid to let me try anything. He said if this works I could be looking at possibly multiple births! Which is fine by me!!!lol And please any question you may have would never be considered rude!!! please ask me it feels good to talk about it and know I am not alone!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Kari
