It is Sunday afternoon, but I have popped in to catch up on some e-mail returns. I am about 20 e-mails behind. I appreciate your prayers and caring so much. So far today has been a painful one, my period is about to start and I am cramping and bloating badly, I really hoped that it would start yesterday, so that I am OK at work this week , but it looks as though it is going to be tomorrow or Teusday. I really wanted to try this without medication, BUT if I am at work I may have to take something to cope. If I am, at home I just go to bed with a hot water bottle and John rubs my back. I saw my friend Mary yesterday, and she looked a little better. She had been out in her garden and had some colour in her cheeks. Anyway, I will write again in the morning. Thanks again.
