I have the same exact thing you have I think, but my endometriosis is
Allen-Master's Syndrome which means mine is embedded deep in my
peritoneum. They suspect that my pain is caused my the endo lesions
that they believe are back there (they can't be sure what's in there
because the holes are too deep to see without risking a lot of blood
loss). My holes are in the back of my peritoneum and they suspect that
the lesions are right near my sciatic nerve and cause irritation. Hope
this helps. Just wanted to give you another perspective. I don't know
if this applies to you or not. Just thought I'd mention it.
