I have been reading the messages in this forum for a while now, and have often read things that have comforted and educated me..this is why I am posing this question to you all... I was diagnosed on June 12th of this year. I decided not to take Lupron because I am getting married in about 6 months and we are planning on making use of my reproductive organs while the gettin's good. I started taking Orthocept about 6 weeks ago. I am on the middle of my second pack, and have been quite weepy and meloncholy for the past week or so. Could it be my BCP's? Or perhaps the whole endo thing is starting to get to me? I have been reading on ways to constructivly deal with this, but I don't even want to think about it. I was on Ortho Novum 7/7/7 before the Orthocept, and I didn't feel this way at all. Sigh... It's starting to really effect who I am. If it is the pills, I can get rid of them. If it's depression, I want to work on making myself better. Has anyone had these side effects with BCP's? I haven't... Thanks for any help.. -- Anna K.
