Dear KB, I had the exact same thoughts before my lap in Jan. 2000- you re not alone and you are not hysterical! The symptoms are very similar and there is no way to tell the difference except to do the lap. Just try to relax (lol) and have faith. I never thought I would saty that but it is true- no matter what you believe you need to have faith and hope.
