I have osteoarthritis and degenerative disk disease of my lower back, but my dr told me that my pain couldn't be from that, but this doctor is an idiot!! It's very good that you are getting the ctscan and mri, this will give them a better idea of what is really going on. I had the them both for my lower back. The CT scan will let them know if you have stenosis, bulged disks,and if you have osteoarthritis. The MRI is great to see if any of your nerves are being pinched or are involved somehow. I hope that you get to feeling well soon.
