I always "knew" that I did, but I had my doctor look on my last lap to confirm for my own piece of mind. For several years, I have suffered from extreme constipation, where I would go days w/o bowel movements. I have bloating, painful gas, fatigue. There is never a day w/o some sort of discomfort. On rare occasions, I experience diarrhea, which is also extremely painful, and almost nauseating on some occasions. I know that it is different for each person, some have diarrhea all the time.
