I know exactly what you mean about the treatments flaring it up. I've had sciatica (pain that shoots from butt down the back of my legs to my feet) for about 6 or 7 years now. I've had all kinds of treatments for it, but I have to say that physical therapy was the best. This sounds weird, but they used a machine thingy to send electrical currents to diff spots on my back and OH MY, I never felt anything better!! I loved that. It felt weird, but it also felt better than anything else I had experienced. lol, when I tell people that they think I'm crazy lol. I know what you mean about having miscarriages and it not meant to be. I know that everything happens for a reason. It's hard to get through it and it still hurts, but as you said, I would rather have a miscarriage than a stillborn, or have my child suffering all the time. One of my teachers had tried many years to get preg and she finally did. She was soo happy and just the most wonderful person I had ever met. Her baby was born stillborn. I felt soo sorry for her because yeah it's gotta be really hard seeing your baby dead. I couldn't imagine going through that. Also I knew that she would make a great mother. Anyway, she recovered from it and now she has 2 children, one is about my son's age and she has a baby also. I too wish that every woman would be able to have the children that they long for. Im thinking about asking my gyn about syneral to see if it's right for me. I know that luprons not just with how much it has intensified my joint and muscle pain. I'm seriously afraid that I'm gonna have to have a hip replacement before I'm 25!! What you dad said about the medications, I've never heard of it, but it does make sense and is more than likely true. The reason I say this is because ALOT of the pain meds, actually I think all of them, have caused constipation, which is caused by dehydration from what I understand. Most of the pain meds have constipation as one of the symptoms. I'm thinking that I'm right, but I'm gonna look it up to make sure lol. I think most of my life anymore is spent Looking stuff up lol. And a tip for the fleas. We had the same problem when we got 2 of our cats. They had fleas all over. I mean I had never seen anything like it!! We called the vet and they told us to use Frontline Spraying Treatment. Let me tell you it worked like a charm!!! After we used it, a cat would sit on me and when he got up you could just see a bunch of dead fleas on me (kinda gross but hey lol). I had never seen anything work that good for them. I know it's not related to endo, but figured I would mention it. You only use it once a month, but it is kinda expensive, but they told us it would prolly last our kitten's lifetime, so I think it was well worth it. Hopefully you'll be able to return to college soon to continue with your plans. That's what I'm praying for. I also had 2 years behind me and had to finally drop out a year ago because of the pain, and I couldn't make the 45 min drive every day. At first my major was Accounting, but then I took a web design class and got hooked. I loved it!! Anyway, I'm trying to remember all the stuff I learned and I'm thinking of going back to the college and buying the book for it. It's not like the teacher's ever helped much with it anyway lol. The book was written so well that you didnt really have many questions after you read it. But I changed from Acct to Web Page Design, a minor in English and Literature, and hopefully when I get back I will also take Graphic Design. Anyway, I guess I've rambled on enough. Pain-free and Happy wishes. Take Care and God Bless, AJ
