So it is probabally the endo. I had the same problem, I went completely vegetarian for a while, and became anemic. The doctor said it was related to the endo, we need more iron. Si i had to have iron injections, needless to sayu I started eating meat again. I do keep red meat to a minimum, but I eat it.
