The average for a woman of childbearing years is 10-12, with 12 being preferable. Mine was 8 last month, so I know what you mean. You probably have black circles under your eyes, feel dizzy and can't stand being outside in the heat, right? Hope you get some rest and start to feel better. Try not to get too hot!
