Kelley, Hi and welcome to the group. I'm sorry you're having these problems. To answer your question, from everything I've read and what I understand, yes the implants bleed each month with your cycle and the blood is reabsorbed and this is supposed to be what causes the pain. I haven't heard of anyone having anemia related to endo, but it sure doesn't suprise me. Nothing does with this disease. I'm sure someone here can answer your question and I'm going to do a little searching on this. I will let you know what I find. I'm sorry that I'm not able to help more.
