Hi - Karen- After 3 pelvic surgeries I had awful thigh pain... Pain mgmt drs said it was from the nerve endings my adhesions were leaning on. I had a 24 hr epidural to shut down my pelvis... Hoping when it wore off the pain woud be gone. But it wasn't. I had an emg which did't show anything. then the last thing was a hypo-superior plexis block in CAT Scan. The injected my pelvic nerve in my spine hoping to quiet it down.. Well it also didn't work... It has worked with other women.. I wish you well...
