Hi Ann, I'm just curious if you've asked your doctor who would take care of adhesions if not an obgyn.... I have adhesions and I'm having surgery Monday by a gyn/pelvic pain specialist. I've never had the Lupron so sorry I can't help you out in that area. Any time a doctor messes with my hormones it really sends my body for a loop, physically and mentally, so I've avoided Lupron so far.... I hope you are feeling better soon... Joyce
