Cealleigh, Thank you for this post. I never thought about potassium being a cause of this. I have to say that at first my dr helped me alot with the sciatica, physical therapy, exercises, and so on.. But after a CT of my Lumbar Spine that said I had stenosis, he completely stopped. I had asked about chiropractic therapy, but he was afraid to because of the conditions of my bones (which it turns out that I do NOT have stenosis as bad as they said). Anyway, it struck me when you said that about potassium because I was hospitalized not too long ago because of a spinal headache (side-effect from epidural steriod injection) and they kept me in extra because I was really low on potassium. I'm glad that you mentioned this because now you have got my attention and I'm going to do some research on this. Thanks Alot!! Take Care and God Bless, Amanda J
