what to do!!!From: julie (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue Jul 31 18:48:18 2001
Hello, my name is Julie I am 29 and have endro--. I had surgery last year because I was hurting so bad. One month after the surgery I was still hurting. My gynocoligst perscribed some birth control pills to maybe help stop my bleeding. Well I bled every day for 6 weeks. I didn't hurt, but I bled every day. So I quit taking them. He then told me there was really nothing else he could do,but do a hystrectomy.I liked to fell over.I'm still young! I had already had my tubes tied 5 yrs. ago but I never expected this. So I have went a year now hurting every month, more and more each month. It is so bad it's like I'm in labor. I'm serious!! So I finally got up the nerve to go back to my dr. He told me he could try me on another pill, but there was no guantee that it would work. Then he said he could give me a shot and maybe it would dry up. I told him I was tired of all the pain. My legs hurt,my husband stay's mad at me cause I do not want to have sex, because it hurt's so bad So he has scheled my hystorectomy for the end of August. I dread it, but at the same time I'll be glad to be pain free. I dread taking the hormone pill cause I hate taking any kind of pill. I hope in the end it would all be worth it just not to hurt anymore!!! If anyone has any advise on how to get through it.Please I need it.. Thank You Julie
