I know how you feel and I had my first Lupron shot on the 3rd of July, I'm not having any of the "normal" side effects. My reaction was reverse and I've had to stay home for two days due to numbness in my legs, I went to a different Doc and she said that I just overworked my leg! I've never had any experience like this in my 40 years. I'm cold all the time! no hot flashes or sweats and at first my left arm would go numb, then numbness on my lips and my teeth hurt, I can't sleep and my legs go numb and I get a tingle, prickly feeling in my feet. She said its not the Lupron, what an ASS! today I looked at the website for victims of Lupron and every side effect I'm experience is on the website! I called the manufacture of the Lupron and reported my effects because they should know and also the FDA. I havn't had any pain from my ovarie/endo but Im so tired of suffering and this Doctors that are so mis-informed or just dont give a damn about us that are suffering! It took me over 13 Doctors to listen and I have to have pain meds to function and they think that is all I'm after! I have never used pain killers as a recreation and if I was a "drug addict" I wouldn't weigh 190lbs when I always weighed 135 and I wouldn't have a job! I'm about to loose everything know, I have fought this disease since 1999 and I did receive my Travel Agent Diploma, How many drug addicts finish school and try to hold down (2) jobs to make ends meet? I have no one to take care of me or no support and I lost alot of friend and co-workers treat me different, I'm seeing a therepist now and he says no one wants to be around someone that is in constant pain and depressed. My birds keep me going and my faith, I'm going to go report to the Medical Assoc to find out what rights do we have as sufferers and to be treated like this is all in our "heads"! I now think the best thing for me to do is to file bankruptsy due the the time wasted on ignorance of these so called Doctors that are not full filling their obligations as Doctors to give the best treatment, if there was Doctors like that then why are we all suffering in pain, can't function as humans and can't live a normal life due to our illness and their ignorance! Good luck and don't give up!
