Anxious About My Gyn Appt....Any Suggestions?From: Michelle (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue Jul 31 10:00:53 2001
Hello Ladies, I had a Lap & D&C July.14, 2001. I see the gyn Aug.6th, and I'm anxious about the appt. I haven't spoken to him since he did the surgery. However he did give my husband photos of the surgery & I'm sure we'll be discussing that. He did remove fibroids. But my concern now is just to have a hysterectomy. I'm 40 yrs. of age and have son's who are in college. I'm done having children, which I did discuss withe dr before the Lap & also informed him that I had a tubal. What frustrates me is that from what I've read I know that fibroids do come back, and the other thing that since I had the surgey, I've been having severe abdominal pain, cramping on a daily basis, mirgranes, along with constipation, diarhea.
