I had a Hysterectomy in June of this year, because I had a Fibroid tumor in the middle of my uterus, and Adenomyosis, which is internal endometriosis growing in the wall of my endometrium lining. They also found it on my right ovary. Now onto your question, fibromyalgia is a totally different thing, and I don't think it has anything to do with endometrioisis. I had a doctor tell me I have Fibromyalgia, but from what I have researched on Fibromyalgia, there are no test that prove you to have it. As with Osteoarthristic,so I don't feel that is my problem. They say with Fibromyalgia you bones are sore alot, especially upon rising in the morning, and you are fatigued alot, and have problems getting to sleep alot. I thought I had that at first, because I was having a hard time sleeping and I went a month without getting any real sleep. I was having nightmares, and most of that was due to Endometriosis, and the fear of having this disease,I at the time knew very little about. After my Hysterectomy,I have been feeling better, but the depression and fatigue are wearing me out. I still I having a problem, and Hysterectomy isn't a cure all. But,it has helped, but it's such a major surgery, and one get sick of surgeries with this disease. Well,I just wanted to try to help you with your question, but I would ask whom over is treating you for your Endo this question, they are more likely to have the answer then me. Take Care, Tina
