At first I wasn't on HRT because of the endo, but the hot flashes, night sweats & insomnia were killing me. So, my doctor put me on the patch(estradiol 0.1)3 weeks ago, and I am now feeling those oh so familar pains again.I am also taking Isoflavens(40 mg. per day),drinking soy milk & eating soy nuts.Does anyone have any suggestions? Too much soy maybe? Too much estrogen? Anyone else with the same problem?
