Boy, do I know that feeling of bloat...as do most of us! Funny as it sounds, the more water your drink, the less bloated you actually will be...I try to drink almost a gallon on bottled water a day, but 8-10 glasses should do it...it's taken 3 months since my surgery, but my bloat is finally going away. The other thing is deep breathing and stretching exercises, or yoga-type exercise...this gently stretches the abdominals, and firms them up...they work wonders if you do them daily...Marcia
