Had a CAT scan today to check on where my ureters (luckily only 2) are and found out the left ovary is so enlarged because there's a large cyst inside it. I hate to ask, does anyone know if this is normal for endo? I thought it only grew on the outside? Or could the cyst just be a buildup from the ovary being clogged? I'm scared of the big C word. Anyhows, anyone have any tips for before and after a surgery like this? I'm already feeling guilty for putting myself through this pain, even though that's sort of odd. And I found out Vit. E can help reduce internal scarring. My naturopath mentioned taking Arnica (homeopathic) before and after to help with the bruising and incision. I wish I could just meditate this all away. I'm not looking forward to 6 weeks of recovery, but I do hope the back pain is gone after the surgery.
