So sorry to hear about what you've been through. Endo can be a nasty thing, and without many doctors who know enough about it, it makes our fight even harder. I wish I had some good advice to give to you, keep fighting is all I can say. If you & your husband want children, fight for that, don't let them take out your reproductive organs. But you do need to consider your time limitations in regards to endo and what it's doing to those organs. I wish you the best of luck, and I'm here if you want to talk further.
