This is wonderful information...you are what you eat (or what you don't eat)....this ties right in with the estrogen / phytoestrogen /diet questions that have been here lately.

The hardest thing is trying to find a balance in our bodies for each of us, and this points us in the right direction. The calcium intake I knew about, but not the manganese, and the info about fat intake...wow....Thank you for this article!
