I have no personal knowledge of this, but my mom has used an ESTROGEN patch, progesterone cream, and occaisional testosterone shots for the past 10 years, before that she tried everything, implants, and loads of tablets etc. She says that she feels best on this regime. BUT, please don't self medicate honey, ask your doc to move tour appointment forward, it sounds as though you really need to see him/her SOON.
