Ana, there are many life changes that you can do, but the best way to quide them is to talk with a naturopath or east/west clinic Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctor (TCMd). They have many expertise in the area of female reproductive disorders, and then someone would also be keeping track of your progress. A TCMD would also be able to help with pain management vie accupuncture, it worked amazing for me. Some of the dietary changes are cutting out dairy and meat (full of hormones) as well caffeine. There was a good entry on the forum about caffeine making pain receptors more sensitive, which pretty much speaks for itself. Also exercise is great as it releases natural endorphins that help to decrease pain as well. Couple thoughts for you.

Good luck, Karen McNolty
