The lupron shots puts you in a pseudo-menopause state, which is reversible. It only lasts as long as you are on the shots. The reason you are receiving the shots is because of endo right, so that is the biggest obstacle to your conceiving, not the lupron (in general).

Ask for the pamphlet that accompanies the injection kit, or go to your pharmacy for information, they are usually great at providing that sort of information.
