Tracy, Julie, and T Moe, I also have nerve pain down my left side, sciatic pain at times, constant low back pain, with increased nerve tenderness on sacrum during the first part of my cycle (estrogen surge) especially and the last two cycles have started to have heavy muscle cramping in the low back, both ovaries, and down the fronts of both thighs at times. I kept thinking this was from an injury I had over a year ago, but after having a laparoscopy peek inside, found out I'm practically glued together inside. (ovaries, uteri, and back of pelvis have lots of adhesions and scar tissue and are webbed together) I've also read that sciatica can sometimes (although not very commonly) be from endometriosis. My left ovary is also rather enlarged and doc thinks that's most likely what's pressing (and adhesioned close to ) on my sciatic notch. I wanted to let you all know that I tried Hypericum (homeopathic medicine) for the nerve pain and it helped A LOT! I am lucky to have a great acupuncurist and naturopath, and since I'm unable to take most medications, homeopathic and herbs have helped me manage pain a lot. Unfortunately I'll have to do surgery to undo the adhesions and get rid of any endo growing close to my sciatic notch, because I don't want permanent damage to my nerves.

Hope this answers some questions.
