Hi Rochelle, your story sounds a lot like mine. I did the birth control
pills and kept active for quite awhile. Exercise was my saving grace.
But I'm 35 already and my endo did grow back after a lap 3 years ago.
I wanted to let you know, I also took tylenol, ibuprofen, and naproxen
all the time, and then when I got injured I took even more. After 10
months of taking 3-4 ibuprofen 3 times a day, my stomach was eaten up
and I can no longer take NSAIDs and am quite sensitive to most other
drugs now. So now I go to acupuncture and take herbs for the pain. I
also have taken homeopathic medicine, which temporarily helped with my
nerve pain really well.
Good luck. :)
