I, too, had this pain. It radiated down my leg and up my arm. I also got that goose pimpley feeling / chills. They found nothing on the ultra sound, but during the lap found that both ovaries were adherned to my pelvic wall. Please don't feel frustrated by that!! The majority of the time the ultra sound will find the cause, and my case was extreme. Microscopic Endo can also be the cause of pain.

The best ultra sounds are done directly into the vagina. The can see more.
