Pain not due to endo after all? Very Frustrated!!

Hi all- Well, I went to my gyn yesterday after going for a second opinion last week. I've had four monthly Lupron injections, and they have helped with the terrble cramping, but I still have persistent pain on the lower right side of my abdomen. It's especially bad at night, and it's really preventing me from sleeping well. I still think it could be ovarian, but the gyn doesn't seem to think so, since it looked normal on the lap 12/00. He now thinks it could be referred nerve pain from my hip or back. I'm seeing a chiropractor, and it's helped a little so far. Has anyone else had experiences like this? I'm feeling rather lost on where to go or what to do next. Any thoughts or shared stories would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Joan
