Welcome to the forum..I am new as of this week also:) I am soooooo glad you asked the dietary question because I have been wanting to know the same thing. If there is any way I can change my diet to make me feel better I wil TRY it!! I have a friend who is a "major" health nut.She works at one of thos health food stores. She "believes" that if you take out Dairy products and Wheat from your diet you feel alot better.I have not tried this yet.I am still researching the diet thing myself. So if you happen to come across any info could you email it to me?? THANKS:)
