Yes you are overdoing it!!!!! Did you have laser or excision? My first
surgery I had laser and I too still had pain. I had to have surgery
again because sometimes with laser, deeply penetrated endo may not be
removed and the pain will still exist. Your doctor may not agree like
my first doctor. I had excision with a specialist in Oregon about 7
weeks ago and the pain I had before related to endo is gone!
I am not saying that laser doesn't work, because many people have had
success with it, but there are many, like myself, where laser was not
effective.
You need to give your body time to heal. This isn't minor surgery!!! If
after some time you still have pain, I would pursue it.
