Hi, I am pleased that you feel I can help you, but I may just be adding to your stress today. The back pain as you say is a combination of things, but it is usually endo in the cul-de-sac region or n the broad ligament. Mine is made worse when my IBS flares up too. I can tell you what helps me, HEAT : Where I go my hot watyer bottle goes BRUFIN : Takes the edge off when my IBS is not flaring up. BACK RUBS : Hubby rubs my back for me daily. CAL/MAG : This supplement daily really helps ( I take 900mg a day of each) ( Just be careful if you tend to be constipated, I am off cal/mag for a while.) I have heard the other ladies on the forum talk about trigger point injections ! Maybe Pauline can tell you more about this.It is not available in SA. I do hope this has helped, but I feel inadequate, as I have given you no real answer. SORRY. ((((((ANGEL HUGS)))))) LAUREN
