I have no idea what your doc found, but endo sufferers often have blood in the abdominal cavity, esp if we are menstuating. Your doc is obviously a good one, a wait and see attitude is always better with a young woman where a hyst is concerned, as it causes other problems for one to cope with. If you are going to have a hyst, the closer you are to natural menopause the better for your body. (then again, once menopause hits, some women have no more problems with endo.) My doc has recommended a hyst, I am 30. I am doing loads of research before I make up my mind. I have learned that HRT is tricky, and without it you are at risk to bone disease, heart disease, and even some cancers. So it is worth careful consideration before you make this decision. Then again, some women do obtain a degree of relief frm a hyst, but it is not a cure. Look at all the options and choose what is right for YOU ! Hope this helps ((((HUGS)))) LAUREN
