Pain with Severe Endo

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum but not to the Endo experience. I have recently been told by a doctor in the emergency room that my endo has returned and it is full blast! I originally went to the ER because I thought my appendex was going to pop... well it is my right ovary again and the Endo has just about covered it. My question is, Is there anything out there that you can do at home to ease the pain? Like maybe a heating pad, warm bath? They put me on Naprosen and it is useless.. I don't have my insurance through my employer yet and it is kinda hard for me to get into a good doctor at the moment. For the past two nights I have been waking up in severe pain. I have had this taken out before but I have to admit that before the pain was no where close to this pain. I get mad because I can't make it stop (which I think is natural) Do you guys by any chance have any advise. Thanks in advance.
