I have also been dealing with the severe lower back pain for years. I work with a bunch of men, so when I come to work and I can't stand up straight, I just tell them all it's "a back problem", when in fact (at least we think), it's the endo. Hang in there, but be sure you're comfortable with your doctors and their ability to treat/diagnos endo, or it will be a long road to travel, as there is a lot of misinformation and lack of knowledge on this disease.
