IBS, appendicitis, diverticulosis, or endo. - can my GP tell?

Is there any way I can tell whether the lower rightsided pain I'm suffering from is endometriosis as opposed to any of the other conditions mentioned above? I've had investigations for intestinal problems and was diagnosed with IBS, but could it be endo? The pain is like a grinding toothache around and near the right ovary. I have a small cyst on the right ovary (which may just be part of the natural cycle according to the U/S op.). I get swelling, great discomfort, and slight temperature and even dizziness. Should I just accept that it may be bad bouts of IBS, if I haven't seen a gyne? I don't want to be a nuisance but at the moment I'm getting pain 2 weeks out of 4 and feeling off-colour and sometimes positively ill the rest of the time. J.
