Now that's news about the ice pack! My obgyn just played darts on my abdomen and never used any ice!! I'll make sure to let him know about it if I get the treatment again!

Re lap - I was left with a disgusting scar in my belly button, and I'm also very weary about taking all those antibiotics after the op. You see, I don't drink, and I care very much for my liver, and taking medication is MURDER on the liver! It's worse than drinking your liver to a sponge!

Anyway, thanks for the advise, and I might consider the lap after all...
