I'm sending you a great big hug and lots of great big warm fuzzies!!!

Keep smiling thru it Michelle. I know its so NOT EASY!!!

There are days when we all just want to sleep and sleep and sleep is so much easier that way, but...you have to get out and do stuff, make yourself fight those down days...i try hard to keep the mind busy so I don't think of how bad i'm feeling.

Now I'm not saying that will work every time...but boy it helps relieve things sometimes. Walking and meditation is wonderful too. Or listen to my music :-) at:
