It says I have an enlarged uterus 9.8 x 3.8 x 5.5cm edometrialstripe measures 6 mm ?? Large septated cystic mass related to left adnexa ???? measures 7.8 x 6.8 cm.?? most likely related to ovary HOW BIG IS THAT 7.8 X 6.8 ???? WHAT IS A CYSTIC MASS??? It also says " I do not see any normal appearing ovarian tissue on left side" AND my Right ovary has 2 tiny follicles. During a laposcopy last year my doctor drained a cyst the size of a lemon, (could this be that mass????. She also stated I have a Fibroid 2cm in the back of my uterus and that both of my tubes are hydrosalpine. I am 30 and have had my tubes tied. My doctor is recommending a full hyserectomy and removal of both ovaries. Would this be my best option with all considered?? Thanks for all they advice!!!!
