I have a copy of my U/S. It states Enlarged uterus 9.8 x 3.8 x 5.5 cm. edometrial stripe 6 cm evidence of uterine mass (what is that??) large septated cystic mass related to the left adnexa (please explian) mass measures 7.7 X 6.8 cm most likely related to ovary also states "do not see normal appearing ovarian tissue on Left. Right ovary may contain a couple tiny follicles. WHAT IS A ADNEXAL CYSTIC MASS. How big is 7.7 x 6.8 cm ?????? I had a Lapascopy done approx. a year ago. The doctor said. I have a fibriod 2 cm in back of my uterus and she drained a cyst the size of a Lemon.. Im not sure L or R side. She also at that time said I had RT & Lft hydrosalpine (tubes?) She is recommending a full hysterectomy. Im 30 and had my tubes tide. With all considered is this my best option?? Thanks for all your help!!!!
