I am 33 and have had complete and total hystercomy since the age of 23. I have had continued problems with pain (cramping) and breathing disorders that no-one can seem to figure out. My first thought was it could be implants of endometrial material that were missed and that a typical phyiscian that is unsure of endometriois may not pick this up. I recently had many tests.. including pulmenary function test, stress test, and a few various tests. All the doctors say well I think this test or that test should be done. ... Well, but this is okay and that is okay. But I continue to feel drawn, tired, and sore with difficulty breathing. I am becoming more and more a very shallow breather. During excersice .. ie. yard work, walking, swimming, I become faint and gasp for air, and have side pains running down. I wondered if there was a study clinic that deals with endometriois and they may be able to pin point if that is what it is? Any sugestions??? My current obgyn doctor says that it is unlikely that you would still have endo. The original doctor that did the hyst. has a different opionion of that. He is getting on with his years and I would like to get fresh eyes with new techonoly, but I am having difficulty finding that person at this point. I am sure that there are alot of us like this out there, but how do we get were we need to go.. without banging our heads against the wall?? I went to the doctor site.. but I didn't find what I thought I would. Help!!! Ann-Marie
