I have treated ladies with PCOD and endometriosis and their main
complaint was inability to conceive. I haven't me across with
patients with vulvodynia with endo and pcod. I do see patients
with vulvodynia and endo rather than with PCOD. I am sorry to
read that you suffer from all three conditions. Are you
planning to conceive? (endo PCOD will be put to rest by a
pregnancy.)
God Bless you.
