I hardly have bowel movements and they hurt really bad. Are your stools soft? Mine are. I try to take in alot of fiber to help me. Have you tried that? That might help a little. Are you on pain meds? Those types of meds cause constipation. I hope your doctor told you that. Do you think that may be it? I have endo and have had it for about 8 years. I am 23. I think some endo is on my bowel or colon or something because I am having too much trouble going to the bathroom. After I do go it hurts forever. Does this happen to you? I am sorry but I do not have answers just something in common. I will let you know if I do? Until then, take care of yourself and try some fiber supplements or something to that effect.
